On behalf of his client, Foulger Pratt, Sage Capital identified several capital sources interested in establishing a joint venture on a to be built office building with a best-in-class developer. Ultimately, USAA was selected as the project partner. The site is located in the epicenter of Tysons Corner just steps from the Greensboro Silver Line Metro Station. The building is now complete and in the final lease up stage.
