Eckington Yards is a transformative mixed-use development project located in the epicenter of the most active and high growth submarkets in Washington, DC. The project consists of 457 multi-family “for rent” units, 179 condominium “for sale” units, 45 “for sale” city houses, and 72,000 square feet of placemaking retail space.

This project is well underway and nearing completion.
