Sage Capital Advisors has been exclusively retained by The Meridian Group to secure a joint venture partner for Greensboro Station, consisting of an 18.3 acre site planned for approximately 3.2 million square feet of new, mixed-use development, along with an existing three building office complex totaling 629,000 square feet. This mixed-use project is currently being designed and will ultimately become the new "town center" in Tysons Corner with a grocery store, in-line retail, theater, hotel, mid and high-rise residential, and office uses. Sage Capital Advisors has been exclusively retained by Washington Property Company to secure a joint venture partner for a 50%-90% interest in a recently delivered class A apartment building as well as two other multi-family and mixed-use development sites located in the heart of Silver Spring, Maryland, approximately two blocks from Metro. Solaire Silver Spring is a LEED-Gold, trophy quality, 295-unit, 17-story apartment tower and is the anchor to the future redevelopment of the Ripley District. Delivered in May 2012, the Property reached 95% occupancy in just over 15 months. The two adjacent development sites can support over 600,000 square feet of new mixed-use development.
