Donhauser (“Principals”) to provide commercial real estate capital markets advisory services for a select group of clients. Sage Cap was formed to exclusively focus on delivering for its clients the most efficient and effective overall cost of capital in an increasingly complex global real estate market. The three Principals’ combined experience and track record, successfully completing in excess of $21.5 billion in 315 transactions with investors both foreign and domestic since 2001, is what provides the competitive edge to their clients. These transactions have included joint ventures on new construction, recapitalizations, investment sales, structured finance, construction loans, and permanent financings across all property types. Given the constantly changing real estate environment, the successful completion of recent transactions as well as assignments in the marketing phase is essential. To that end, since 2013, Sage Cap has completed $2.5 billion in 11 transactions and has $1.1 billion in the pipeline for the remainder of 2015, including a 460,000 square foot ultra trophy office asset located in Washington, DC and a $450 million mixed-use “town center” project in Tysons Corner and a $275 million trophy office development in downtown Washington, DC.
